The historic Condos of Queen and Lafayette consist of four units, three in the main building and one in a stand-alone building. The original building was erected in 1910 and divide into three units in the late 20th century. The stand-alone unit was an old coast guard barrack that was moved onto the property around that same time. Each unit has it's own private off-street parking, grill, and sitting space in the shared backyard. There is also a shared from porch on the first floor of the main building. Together these units for the Condos of Queen and Lafayette, a pet-friendly sea-side get-away in historic Cape May, NJ, approximately 7 blocks (0.5mi) from the beach, 4 blocks from downtown, and 1 block from the mansions on Washington Street. In addition, a new multi-million dollar park has been created across the street which has a playground, basketball court, multi-purpose field, and dog park.
